Phase 1 is Underway

We are pleased to announce a new expansion at Powell River Town Centre. The expansion will include a number of NEW National Anchor Tenants - Winners, BarBurrito, Noodlebox and Smili Dental.

THE EXPANSION WILL INCLUDE A NUMBER OF EXCITING PROJECTS, LISTED BELOW:

• Smili Dental is now open and accepting patients. Our dedicated dentists and dental team provide a wide range of dental health services to help keep your smile healthy. Our passion is oral health - and we are committed to helping you maintain your smile and your overall health.

• NEW Bus loop is now complete. This new transit exchange puts transit in a more central and convenient location for customers and also offers four bus bays for improved connections.

• BC Liquor Store, renovation is underway to a larger 9,000 sq. ft. space and will remain open during construction.

• BarBurrito, the largest quick service Tex-Mex restaurant chain in Canada. The franchise, which is comprised of locally-owned and family-operated locations, serves fresh ingredients and offers vegan, keto, and gluten-free options.

• Noodlebox, a trusted name in the fast casual category for over 20 years. Unlike others in the category, real food that is made fresh is the foundation of it’s brand, with most dishes highly customizable, allowing options for guests, that others simply can’t match.

• Winners, an off-price retailer. For us, value is a combination of brand, fashion, price, and quality. Unlike traditional retailers, we generally don’t do promotions, sales, coupons or other gimmicks – Just exciting merchandise at amazing prices, every single day! (Opening 2025)

• Re-organized, centrally-located Food Court including an Exterior patio & Seating/Dining Area to service the food court expansion.
